Break the model strucutre and compute into separate components (#16)

* Partial progress. Learning wgpu pipeline

* Working compute example

* Break the model structure and cpu compute into to separate components. Maths is handled by a Runtime now, and the state is passed to that.

* Add benchmark data. Add a template for the GPU runtime structure. Also a hello world for GPU usage.

* Get chatGPT to write me a syllabus for wgpu

* Remove readme

* Update Cargo.toml
