Fix markdown table alignment and cross-references

- Align all markdown tables per code-style.md: column widths equal
  longest content + 2, separator dashes match column widths exactly
- Standardize See Also sections across methodology docs to use
  consistent backtick format
- Add missing See Also section to yield_curve.md for parity with
  other methodology docs
