fix(ui): preserve syntax highlight foreground color on wrapped continuation lines

ansi.Wrap does not carry SGR state across inserted newlines, causing
continuation lines to lose their chroma foreground color. Track active
fg/bold/italic state and re-emit at the start of each continuation line.
