fix(review-loop): final cleanup pass — addressed 1 finding

- [docs] [plan-review-hook.py:14] sync the hook's requirements docstring with
  the launcher's backend set — add agterm (added to the launcher in this branch)
  plus the already-missing zellij, iTerm2, and emacs vterm
