fix: update go-openai to v1.41.0 for GPT-5 support

Updated sashabaranov/go-openai from v1.40.5 to v1.41.0 which includes:
- Explicit GPT-5 model constants and validation
- Proper reasoning model handling for GPT-5
- Fixes timeout issues when using GPT-5 with file contexts
