docs: enhance CLAUDE.md with comprehensive project documentation

- add project overview and architecture details
- include directory structure and component descriptions
- document CLI usage, configuration, and patterns
- add technical implementation details
- specify default configurations and common use cases
- update gofmt command to exclude vendor and mocks

also fix failing test in anthropic_test.go by using assert.InDelta
for float comparisons to satisfy linter requirements
