fix: prevent unnecessary git temp directory creation

Fixed a bug where GitDiffer was always creating and removing a temporary
directory even when git features were not being used. Now GitDiffer is
only instantiated when --git.diff or --git.branch flags are specified.

- Modified buildFullPrompt to conditionally create GitDiffer
- Updated Builder.Build() to handle nil GitDiffer gracefully
- Added nil checks in WithGitDiff and WithGitBranchDiff methods

This eliminates the unnecessary filesystem operations and debug log noise
when git features are not in use.
