feat: add support for OpenAI reasoning models and GPT-5

Updated OpenAI provider to handle new API requirements for reasoning models
(o1, o3, o4 series) and GPT-5 which use MaxCompletionTokens instead of
MaxTokens and only support temperature=1.

- Detect reasoning models and GPT-5 by model name prefix
- Use MaxCompletionTokens for these models instead of MaxTokens
- Skip temperature parameter for reasoning models (uses default value of 1)
- Update go-openai SDK from v1.38.1 to v1.40.5 for new API support
- Maintain backward compatibility with existing models like gpt-4o

This enables mpt to work with OpenAI reasoning models (o1-mini, o1-preview)
and prepares for future GPT-5 compatibility.
