integrity: add integration tests for etcd and TCS drivers

- Add integrity/integration_test.go with cross-driver test for typed storage.
- Implement internal/testing/etcd package (LazyCluster, NoopTB, SilentTB) to
  suppress etcd test logs.
- Update etcd driver tests to use the new LazyCluster and skip in short mode.
- Update TCS driver tests to skip in short mode.
- Adjust .golangci.yml for new imports and variable name tb.
