test: kill surviving mutants in emit

A mutation audit of internal/emit left 17 of 66 mutants of the emitter and its
template alive; the tests now pin what 15 of them changed.

- TestEmit_Suffix runs the entry with arguments: with a suffix the entry, a
  function then, gets the bundle's `...`, and it reads the global arg, which
  on PUC Lua 5.1 the implicit arg local hides unless the arg line fills it.
- TestEmit_NoArgFix counts the arg lines with a suffix, where the entry has
  one too, and checks that NoArgFix drops that one as well.
- TestEmit_Debug runs with a suffix too, and every chunk prints the name it
  runs under.
- TestEmit_Shebang gives a shebang with a line break of its own.
- TestEmit_ServesBuiltinNamesAfterTheFirstSearcher gives the module two names
  of built-in modules, and the wrapper must serve both.
- TestEmit_DefersPrefixedBuiltinNames checks that the embedded module gets the
  name it is loaded under through the deferral's loader.
- TestEmit_AppliesTransformsInOrder and TestEmit_RefusesAFailedTransform: the
  transforms apply in order to the entry and to every module, and a failed
  one fails Emit, which names the file and writes nothing.
- TestEmit_KeepsLoadersRegisteredFirst: a loader registered before the bundle
  runs is kept under a deferred name too, in every mode.
- TestEmit_ModuleEnvironmentStaysItsOwn: a module that replaces its
  environment with Lua 5.2's module() replaces only its own.
- TestEmit_SuffixHasABlockOfItsOwn: the suffix may end with a return
  statement, and its locals do not reach the bundle's code after it.
- TestEmit_BuiltinNameKeepsTheLoaderData: under a name of a built-in module
  the loader data of the first searcher reaches the loader and require.
- TestEmit_ManyModules: a bundle of 250 modules loads.
- TestEmit_PrefixRunsFirst: the prefix runs before any module is registered.
