Structure widget improvements (#21)

* Allow specifying a file format for the ASE reader in the "assign_structure_from_file" function

* Improved handling of trajectory data

* Disable import button in WeasWidget

* Expose ability for viewer to return an AiiDA or ASE object which can be used for updates from visual editing

* Add a flag to indicate that the user has interactively edited the given structure

* Update structure widget's tests

* Fix tables tests
