fix: ensure pipeline is resumed when tts stops

The speech pipeline is automatically paused when TTS playback
begins, but currently if the user stops playback before it is
finished, the pipeline does not resume properly. This addresses
that issue by ensuring that the TTS content is cleared after the
media player is stopped.
