Updates message response handling:

Message responses should now be handled correctly, by:
  - passing a message object back to the response handler when a message response is received. This creates a full message object from the sparser response
  - ignoring message responses that don't have a registered handler
  - calling the response handler for the last response message, which is received on client connection, if there's still a handler pending for it

Also adds in a helper for sending typing indicators.
