Commit Message

Adds tests for the updates to the `send` and `sendMessage` functions

Adds:
- tests for the _registerMsgHandler and _handleMsgResponse functions
- tests to check that the RTMClient `send` and `sendMessage` functions correctly error when not connected.

Also fixes a bad module.exports in the errors.js file
