add option allow_stringify [GH #49]

to encode every non-object perl values,
if scalar, ref or others. This is esp. useful
for overloaded values.
But note that this option exist only with this module,
and is thus not recommended.

Fixed one test in t/12_blessed to behave the same as in JSON::PP
