Parallelize tests via ctest -j and functional gtest shards

Functional cases were a single long-running binary and the main bottleneck.
Run ctest in parallel by default, shard functionalTest across processes, and
isolate SourceProgram artifacts per test so concurrent runs do not collide.
Keep coverage and CI serial so gcov .gcda files stay consistent.
