* Remove slow renovate check pre-commit

Renovate service already checks the configuration.

* Initialize Kerberos credentials from keytab for LDAP GSSAPI bind

Use file-based credential cache and acquire initiator credentials
from the keytab before LDAP SASL GSSAPI bind. The default credential
cache (KEYRING/KCM) is not available in minimal containers.
