Upgrades spring/spring-boot and fix crawler 2

Upgrades :
- spring-boot to 2.0.2
- spring to 5.0.6
- CXF to 3.2.4
- swagger to 1.5.17
- minor upgrades on log libs

Fixes :
- fix to current vesion of qwazr
- fix injection problems on ModuleService
- split Unit Tests and Integration Tests (and update travis build conf)
- fix release
- add h2 driver as dependency since a driver is mandatory for the crawler (to remove later)
