* Upgrades :
  * spring-boot to 2.0.2
  * spring to 5.0.6
  * CXF to 3.2.4
  * swagger to 1.5.17
  * minor upgrades on log libs

* Fixes :
  * fix to current vesion of qwazr
  * fix injection problems on ModuleService
  * split Unit Tests and Integration Tests (and update travis build conf)
  * fix release
  * add h2 driver as dependency since a driver is mandatory for the crawler (to remove later)
