Change region names and tidy up response fields

Changes:
- renamed the `local header` region to just `header`
- removed the `before` region
- removed the `sidebar` region
- removed the `sidebar_order` field
- added labels to the interface so that the region read `HEADER CONTENT` and `MAIN CONTENT`
- disabled the `sectionNav`, `sectionList`, `figureList` components
- page regions (header and main) are now namespaced and included in the `content` field
- removed `show_in_menus`, `seo_title`, `search_description`, `first_published_at` from the response and from the admin interface
