[FIX] https://github.com/nats-io/node-nats/issues/89 - the node-nats-streaming library
 (node-nats also) is creating the error objects on library initialization, this creates
 errors that have stack traces that are not very useful to track caller that created the error.

[ADD] Added a version number to the library.
