feat: render group sections as banner + repeated header in ping table

Group-assigned hosts previously showed as a plain target row with a thin
inline separator, making it hard to tell where one group's hosts ended
and another began. Each group now renders as a self-contained section:
a blank spacer row, a high-contrast banner (group name + host count),
and a repeated column-header row, before its member rows.

Ungrouped hosts keep the existing flat layout at the top. The single
scrolling table, focus handling, and hot-reload wiring are unchanged —
row count still derives from buildGroupRows, so scrolling/rendering
continues to work automatically for the new row kinds.
