[Claude] Support Laravel 14 (#18)

* Support Laravel 14

Proactively allow illuminate ^14.0 in composer constraints and refresh the
README requirements table to reflect the supported Laravel range
(^11.0 || ^12.0 || ^13.0 || ^14.0). CI matrix unchanged (no L14 dev branch yet).

* Apply php-cs-fixer formatting to test data provider

php-cs-fixer 3.95.5 reformats single-line closures inside the data provider
to multi-line. Formatting only; no behavioral change.
