Commit Message

ci: harden workflow permissions, pin actions, and update Go to 1.24

- Set top-level permissions to empty and grant minimal contents:read
  at the job level
- Pin all action references to full commit SHAs for supply chain safety
- Update Go version from 1.23 to 1.24 to match go.mod
- Fix test job YAML indentation
- Move Coveralls repo token to GitHub Actions secret
