Removes defunct PLC metrics from mlab-ns Prometheus queries (#216)

* Removes defunct PLC metrics from mlab-ns Prometheus queries, since those metrics no longer even exist.

* Adds back lame_duck_experiment metric to query (since ndt-server creates it), and removes mobiperf queries)

* Wraps metric kube_node_spec_taint in label_replace() in order to add an experiment label for proper grouping.

* Fixes filesystem usage query, which was using a metric that hasn't even been scraped from the platform cluster for quite some time.

* Removes key=lame-duck from the lame_duck_experiment metric, as that label value is not set by ndt-server for this metric.
