ipmitool: print the SEL entries human readable in 'sel list'

'sel list' printed the raw fields of the entries. Print one line per
entry with the date and time, the sensor type, the event description
and the direction, and the trigger reading and threshold of threshold
events. The data of OEM records is printed as hex bytes.

With -s/--sdr the SDRs are read to print the sensor names and to convert
the threshold event values. With -d/--details all fields of an entry
are printed. The option is not named -v, the global -v already sets
the log level.
