* Prepare v0.50.0 release

  ## Release preparation
  - Update version to 0.50.0 in setup.cfg
  - Add JiraQuery to __all__ exports
  - Add CHANGELOG.md with full release notes

  ## Documentation
  - Add comprehensive docs for all new features since v0.48.9:
    - QUALIFY clause, BitwiseOr, Analytic Queries, Window Frames
    - ClickHouse: FINAL, SAMPLE, DISTINCT ON, LIMIT BY
    - Oracle LIMIT/OFFSET, JQL, ROLLUP, Pseudo Columns
    - TEMPORARY/UNLOGGED tables, get_parameters() API
  - Unify README.rst and ReadTheDocs (single source of truth)
  - Simplify docs/3_advanced.rst to include from README.rst
  - Add documentation guide to CLAUDE.md

  ## CI/CD
  - Add GitHub Actions release workflow for PyPI publishing
  - Update CI: Python 3.8-3.14 + PyPy on Ubuntu/macOS
  - Run coverage on Python 3.14 only
  - Remove tox dependency

  ## Dev dependencies
  - Update Sphinx >=7.0.0, sphinx-rtd-theme >=2.0.0
  - Update coverage >=7.0.0, parameterized >=0.9.0
  - Remove tox and tox-gh-actions
