feat(cli): Fields can now be required (#22)

Changes

- **`ParamRole::Cli` fields can now be required:** removed the
  compile-time constraint that `Cli`-role fields must be `Option<T>` or
  carry a `default`. Required `Cli` fields (non-`Option`, no default)
  are enforced by clap at parse time. `render_template_command` now
  includes `Cli` fields with defaults in the tuner template; required
  fields without defaults are excluded (argtuner cannot inject them).
- Bump term-wm to v0.10.1-alpha
