Merge branch 'release/v0.1c'

Relevant to several bugzilla bugs:
* Bug 1059577 - Changed host to browsersupports.org
* Bug 1063133 - feature-sets are now merged with features, so part of Bug 1063130 now
* Bug 1063562 - Use underscores for resource and attribute names
* Bug 1063578 - Add additional support attributes
* Bug 1066301 - Add sample data for feature view at /api/v1/view_features/html-element-address
* Lots of API changes, such as prefering single word names, underscores over dashes
* Preparing for versioned API with /api/v1

Closes some github issues that duplicate bugzilla bugs:
* Closes #6 - underscores in names
* Closes #8 - expand flags in features and support
