Extend Transactions example (#53)

- #49 
- Created a sample data generator script to demonstrate loading from
file and SQL database
- Rewired ingest notebooks to use generated data
- Created a dev branch in jorvik repo (not forked) to demonstrate
isolated storage
- Added yaml files to quickly create example Databricks jobs
- Added narration in READMEs
