API: rm class method `autoref.Function.from_expr`

instead, use `autoref.BDD.add_expr`. Function objects were never intended to be instantiated independently from the associated manager. After all, the associated manager still has to be given to `from_expr`. So, it is simpler to call `bdd.add_expr`. Flat is better than nested. Besides, I never used the method `from_expr` in practice.
