Spatial encoder (#50)

* New Spatial Encoder Model
run_spatial_encoder.py - from here you can run data loading and train/val/test split, model training/ inference/ r squared score evaluation on test set
spatial_encoder_utils.py - functions for data loading, data structure classes and data processing
spatial_encoder_model.py - the model class, and model training/ evaluation functions

* Adding the model downloading function from S3 cloud.

* Changed the wildcard imports and compatibility with Apple GPUs

* Ruff fix

* Moved the spatial_encoder to src directory - added example to run the spatial encoder
