Adds heuristics to enable Audio Focus mode

Summarized as either:
  - The phone is older than Oreo, and probably supports AOAv2 Audio
  - The app is connected over Bluetooth
    - This is determined by the Connected app always using the same port
      for each connection transport, 4007 for BT and so on

Hides the checkbox to request focus, but it can be compiled back in easily
