Parses out largeIcons to show next to the title

Closes #131
Adds a split between the menu icon and the app icon
The Maps Navigation direction arrow, for example, is the menu icon
as well as showing as the large side icon in the details view, while
still showing the Maps app icon in the details view
Also shows a separator between title and text
