docs: replace fake CSS diagram with live rendered Markdown+Mermaid demo

Swap the div/CSS mermaid-mock on the landing page for a real side-by-side
comparison: the actual order.md output of ModulithDocusaurusRenderer next to
that same file rendered live via Mermaid.js, so visitors see genuine output
instead of a hand-drawn approximation. The demo grid breaks out of the
780px reading column to a wider, viewport-relative width so each pane has
room to breathe, while prose stays at the narrow column for readability.
