Turn project into an open-source library: li.selman:modulith-docs-markdown

Renames the Maven coordinates and Java package to match the li.selman
namespace used by other released projects (was io.github.haisi), and
ports the full OSS project scaffolding: CI/Pages/Release GitHub Actions,
JReleaser-based Maven Central publishing, a Spotless+Checkstyle+Error
Prone/NullAway+JaCoCo(100%) quality gate, a GitHub Pages landing page,
and the standard OSS files (LICENSE, CODE_OF_CONDUCT, CONTRIBUTING,
SECURITY, issue/PR templates).

Reaching 100% branch coverage surfaced and fixed several real gaps:
a JSON-number ternary that silently widened long to double (JLS 15.25),
an ArchUnit DoNotIncludeTests classpath filter that made the sample
fixture invisible to the zero-arg ApplicationModules.of(), and a
NullAway pass over ConfigMetadata's hand-rolled JSON reader.
