feat: Update version constraints

This package works perfectly fine under Laravel 6 and 7, but we cannot
install this package as a dependency of Laravel 6 and 7 due to version
constraints. We resolve this by updating our version constraints to
allow Illuminate package versions of 5.5 and everything above.
