Merge pull request #94 from grueneschweiz/feat_improve_duplicates

Improve duplicate recognition by moving from a ZIP based matching to a stricter ZIP & address comparison.

- matching requires both records to have the same ZIP code
- matching required both records to have the same address (loose matching)
- Remove ambiguous match if there's a non-matching phone number. They are already normalized for the automated check, so this is usually no help for a manual merge.
- Adjust unit tests for new matching logic
