Fix Route UX: auto-create group when called on root bundle

Improve UX by making Route() automatically create a sub-group when called on the root bundle. This prevents the common mistake where users call router.Route(...) expecting isolated middleware scope. Also fixes root bundle locking to maintain the Use-before-routes contract.
