Switch to hexkit v6 (GSI-1712) (#62)

* Adapt correlation ID

* Update desc for now_as_utc

* Update pyproject

* Actually use hexkit v6

* Make some changes to resolve minor mypy complaints

* Bump version to 5.0.0 due to function param and return type changes

* Remove extra cid validation and one unused ignore

* Add ignore back in because apparently it is required
