fix: verify decoded project paths against filesystem (issue #7)

Closes #7. The encoding replaces both '/' and '.' with '-', making naive
replace('-', "/") lossy. Check decoded path against filesystem; if not
found, try walk-and-verify with '-' or '.' joins; fall back to raw encoded.

- Add try_verify_decoded_path + walk_and_verify helpers in sessions.rs
- Add ProjectInfo.verified: bool field
- JSON output: add verified field; text output: append [unverified]
- Four new unit tests
