refactor: return Result from resolve_session instead of process::exit

Fixes #4. resolve_session now returns Result<Vec<SessionFile>, String>
instead of calling eprintln! + std::process::exit(1) directly. Call
sites in main.rs handle the Err variant with the same user-visible
message and exit code. Added test_resolve_session_offset_out_of_range
to cover the error path.
