test(compiler): tighten assertions for fingerprints, unify, and printer ops

Assert packageGroupFingerprintFromContents changes when URI order changes with
the same buffer map; make PackageNameFromNodes cover two package clauses; split
isCapitalCase into parallel subtests; extend tokenBinary/tokenUnary tables to
match ops.go switches; add negative unify_is CheckTypes for non-variable LHS of
is; assert inferred Point on p in unify_shape instead of Defs-only registration.
