Rewrite Bluetooth widget

This update provides additional functionality to the `Bluetooth`
widget. It allows users to pair/connect/disconnect devices, show battery
level, toggle power status of adapters.

In addition, configuration is easier as users do not need to know the
dbus object path of their devices.
