* feat: open the download modal on jump-in fallback and carry tracking + deep-link params on the modal URL

* refactor: extract buildDownloadTrackingParams and drop dead jump-in fallback test setup

* fix: keep the jump-in download modal on the current origin and share the total-downloads count

* test: make useTotalDownloads specs independent of the module-level cache
