* feat: paginate Live Now per card highlighting the visible range

* feat: share the card pagination with Upcoming and add drag-to-swipe

* fix: enable pointer-based drag-to-swipe on the whats-on carousels

* fix: allow 1120px width in the Vercel image optimizer for hangout cards

* refactor: extract usePointerDrag hook and drop per-dot handler allocation

* refactor: paginate Live Now by page and snap drag to whole pages
