Leak Sanitizer is a part of ASan. Don't explicitly enable it

* configure.ac: Don't explicitly enable leak sanitizer. This makes
--enable-fsanitize-msan a no-op in GCC since GCC does not currently
support the memory sanitizer. Leak Sanitizer is already a part of ASan,
so we shouldn't enable it explciitly.
* .travis.sh: Don't enable MSan runs on GCC since they are equivalent to
a normal check run.
