Implemented Ability to Edit Accessions

Created an edit_accession plant database view to allow the editing of existing accessions.

The add_collector_count AccessionForm property was changed to an IntegerField so it's value can be worked with more readily.

A link to the accession edit form is now available from each accession modal on the plant database index page.
