docs(dsl): BPMN Script v0.2 language spec — grammar, semantics, conformance corpus

Phase 4 design, consolidated over three owner review rounds:

- docs/dsl-design.md — design doc: purpose (DSL + generator + skill),
  LLM/human design principles, grammar v0.2 (process/role blocks,
  start/end/catch/throw events with 7 event kinds mirroring
  model/flow.py, 8 task kinds, 3 gateway kinds, if/else/goto/do
  semantics S-1..S-7, auto-inserted parallel join, centralized message
  flows), deferred constructs, extensibility check, model mapping,
  pipeline/error philosophy, Phase 4 gate, skill outline.
- docs/bpmn-script.ebnf — formal ISO/IEC 14977 EBNF: lexical grammar
  (per-document indentation unit: spaces or tab, never mixed; virtual
  INDENT/DEDENT), syntactic grammar, well-formedness W1–W9 (incl.
  chain-state rules W8/W9: nothing before start / after end), worked
  example. Normative on conflict with the design doc.
- reference/agentic-workflow.dsl — conformance corpus: the golden
  agentic-workflow in BPMN Script (6 processes, 2 roles, 66 sequence
  flows, 11 message flows, 3 auto-inserted join gateways).
- TODO.md: Phase 4 backlog entries + parked schema-tools 0.4.0 wiring
  topic + deferred layout items (far-travel message flows, gateway
  labels, pool-border label clipping).
