Update for Go 1.27 (#36)

* Rename _testdata -> testdata. Add a v1.27 test cases. Add 1.27 composite-literal logic.

* Fix the silly testdata naming scheme.

* Clean up some AI code.

* Detect generic methods.

* Restore some disabled logic.

* go mod tidy

* Update CI to Go 1.27.

* Remove Go Report Card badge. Upgrade CI modver to v2.14.2.
